Varagon capital partners Analyst Role

A headhunter reached out about a opportunity at Varagon capital partners. Currently, I'm an credit analyst at a BB, and the new role at Varagon will also be an analyst role. Can someone shed some light on what are the exit opp coming from Varagon and if it make sense for me to make the move?

can anyone shed some light on the culture of varagon and comp? I'm obviously early in my career, don't want to pigeon hole myself into direct lending. Would Varagon - MBA business schools">M7 b school provide possible UMM PE exit??? or better off aiming for the MM IB - MM PE - b- school?

Put simply, there is no way you would be considered for post MBA Upper MM PE role if you come in with no prior buyout experience. You could def swing UMM credit, but by no means will you be competitive against all the other MBA business schools">M7 applicants that have UMM/MF pre-mba experience and are looking to get back into the industry. LMM PE is not out of the realm of possibility though..
