VC Analyst Exit Opps- Resume Help

I'm finishing up my first year at a boutique VC/PE shop that's backed by a large international strategic and I'm starting to think about next steps- the comp is good and I love the team, but the firm's investment sector focus isn't what I want to do long term. I'm really interested in consumer tech (especially fintech) and while I have worked on some deals in the space, we didn't deem any of them worth pursuing and stopped discussions in the early stages. Most of my deals have been life science-focused. Some background on me: Went to a HYP, engineering degree.

So my question is: If I want to move to a different fund or into corp dev/corporate VC, what's the best way to write my resume? I'm currently emulating WSO's PE resume template- is this transferable to VC? I'm the only analyst at the firm, so I feel like I can speak about most of the deal process, but I haven't done much financial modeling on the job though I did take a training course like WallStreetPrep's (VC being what it is). Will this impact me in searching for opportunities? Likewise, how challenging is it to exit from a no-name fund to a larger name?

I'd appreciate if anyone in VC could speak to how they wrote about their experiences on their resume. Thanks for your thoughts!
