VC Comp - Toronto
Anyone have any idea on VC comp at the junior levels? Heard it varies quite a bit based on firm and overall flow but am curious if anyone has any further insights from what they have seen/ people they know.
Assuming it would be quite a hit from IB in regards to cash compensation.
Appreciate it!
Hi Analyst 1 IBD - CAL, the silence is deafening, sorry about that.... Any of the threads below helpful?

Super firm dependent. Toronto VCs can have tens of millions of AUM, to bigger firms like Portage, OMERS, Georgian, and White Star with over a billion
I don't think it's a lot, would guess between $120k - $180k total comp until you're a senior.
