Not sure about the top VC funds but these are ballpark median numbers for base salary / base salary including bonus:
Analyst: 75k / 100k
Associate: 100-125k / 150-200k
Principal: 150-200k / 350k
Partner: 200k / 500k
MD: 500-600k / 1-2m
What area is this for? I have a very hard time believing the funds with 100-500MM in my MCOL city are paying their analysts a $100k bonus..
100k is base salary + bonus, so bonus would be 25k in this example.
Ahh gotcha, I thought you were saying $75k base with $100k bonus.. $100k all in seems more realistic but I think the smaller funds in my city pay even less.
