vp and md titles in ER..when do you get them?

I know in IB it is pretty clear how the organizational hierarchy works:
(Not trying to be perfect with this):

2-3 analyst
MBA
2-4 associate
2-5 vp
md

What about in ER? I am an associate right now and would like to know if there is a progression similiar to IB. I know you are always an analyst / senior analyst but internally, how and when do you get VP and MD titles?

If someone could give me some details on this, that would be great.
