Wanting to rerecruit after my SA - Should I say the name of the bank I'm interning at.

This summer is my Junior summer, I'll be interning at a lower BB. Wanting to lateral to an EB or higher BB for FT. I networked my way into the internship I have, so I know how to go about the process. However now that I am trying to lateral there's a lot more risk involved - I don't want the bank that I'm interning at to know I'm trying to lateral. So when I network with people in the hopes of getting a FT offer, should I say "Hi my name is x, I'm a summer analyst at z" or should I keep it broad, because I feel like people will ask where, but I don't want things to come back to my office.

Unless there's some serious cultural issue or poor group placement, I see no reason why it would be worth it to "upgrade" to a different bank from a lower BB.

Funniest

UBS isn't that bad, you might actually be able to generate more revenue than most of the MDs while you're an intern

Is that a UBS Incoming Summer Analyst I see??? Alert! Alert! ️️

We have a FUCKING RETARD on our hands here!

Get a real BB offer and then come back to me, preferably once you’re within 5 IQ points of myself, sweaty. ;)
