Was in car accident; company wouldn't postpone interview

I was in a car accident and missed my interview without telling them. All I have is an email saying the interview was cancelled since I missed it. They didn't respond to my super apologetic email or the follow up to that about rescheduling.

I already accepted an EB SA for next summer, but this would have been a cool way to make money at a local boutique for the semester. Such BS that they couldn't be accommodating. They even just reposted the position, so they never even filled it. I'm not gonna name them because of privacy reasons, but this is just such BS

Fuck them, you didn’t want to work there anyway if this is how they recruit.

I'd call them and try to get in touch with someone remotely important. Tell them what happened, tell them why you couldn't touch base with them after the accident, and then based on what they say you take it from there. I'm sorry this happened but hey, shit happens. I wouldn't want to work somewhere that didn't care I was in a car accident, which could've been life threatening, so really you should be thinking fuck them. I'm saying to reach out to them only based on the fact your email could've been lost in the weeds and they missed it. I work at a boutique and when shit starts to fly, emails get lost in the shuffle and one easily forgets about things that don't pertain to a deal. Call them and see what happens.

Bro FUCK them. You’re gonna be at an EB who gives a shit about those fucking losers. More money in the short term is definitely nice, but thinking big picture, you’re gonna be earning a ton of money in the future so the couple thousand you’d get from working at a boutique of dickheads is nothing. If anything, now you have more free time. Fuck a job, Buy a goose anyways fuck it.

As a note: I have terrible spending habits and anger issues so take what I say with a grain of salt

They have no right to do that. You got into an accident, which means the interview should be postponed to another date. What they did is rightfully considered illegal. Therefore, if you really want to get into this company but can't prove to them that you were in an accident, try to contact this lawyer https://www.rflaw.net/practice-areas/personal-injury/car-accident/. This lawyer will help you interview that firm because he specializes in car accidents. This lawyer I'm talking about even helped me when I had an accident and was not to blame, but the person who was to blame did not want to pay me money. So we achieved through the court that I was paid money for the car and moral compensation.

Why didn’t you let them know asap you were not going to make the interview?

If you were them, doesn’t your situation sound fishy?

Young kid never shows up for interview, emails later saying they were in car accident.
