Wells Fargo Commercial/Corporate Banking Hierarchy?

Can anyone explain the titles to me? Did a search and could not find anything.

I'm seeing Analysts > Relationship Manager I > Relationship Manager II and what not on LinkedIn.

Is Relationship Manager I considered an Associate level role at WF? Or would this role be the equivalent of a "Senior Analyst" role at a JPM/BAML?

Isn't RM 1 like a senior analyst?

Hey! So at WF in commercial banking, analysts are just credit analysts. Relationship managers are bankers that source deals and can do their own underwriting if they need to but usually not. RMs are RM, senior RM, and principal RM and all it denotes is seniority and pay but same job and no difference in hours for the most part. Beyond an RM, there are banking managers that are tiered similar to RMs and by region. Hope this helps!
