Not sure if I have such comprehensive info for you but I may have just a little bit of helpful information for you hopefully which I hope is better than nothing for the time being. Okay here I go:

Of the former WF analysts that come to my mind right now, one went to HIG PE another one lateraled to Moelis (he did P&U/Infra at both places I believe) and now is at some seemingly well regarded PE/buyside firm in that space. most of the other people I know/met in WF IBD, seem to kinda see the place as a career destination maybe. I don’t know if most of them gave me the vibe that they were looking to leave per se. seems like they may see the bank as a good place to work for an entire career but Idk for sure. Just trying to be helpful for you again.

Okay, I hope this helps even just a little bit. Best wishes and good luck :)
