I was wondering if anyone here has been a part of the Wells Fargo FAP? I have recently applied and was looking for some insight into the position. For example, what qualifications do they generally look for in a candidate besides the bachelor's degree or 1 year of experience, what the interview process is like, what the program is like (hours, workload, etc), and the salary for the position. Any insight at all would be appreciated.

Typically hire directly out of UG. Hours are not bad at all (40-55), and pay is lower than what you would see in IB (think $55-70K depending on office location with 5-10% bonus).

Looking for any other roles that are similar to the Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program (FAP). In other words, something structured with the endgame being to stay with the bank in an RM/Underwriter type role.
