Wells Fargo Healthcare

Hi all. Would really appreciate the forum's thoughts on WF's healthcare coverage team. I've seen some previous threads discussing their energy and FIG teams, which sound strong, but I have not come across anything on the healthcare group, which I believe is primarily based in Charlotte with some NY seats as well. So any insights and details that people have would be much appreciated - specifically around team quality, relative strength within WF (e.g. perceived as strong / weak / mid), deal flow and team culture.

CEO wants to grow IB business and it shows. a lot more balance sheet being given for transactions, committees being streamlined, stronger calling schedules, headcount consistently growing while commercial/retail is dropping etc
