WF IB Analyst Bonus Numbers?

Let’s make good use of that anonymous posting feature! What kind of bonus can an incoming analyst at Wells Fargo expect after their first year? I’m sure it’s highly dependent on group so I’ll keep that in mind. Do bonuses tend to be higher in debt/DCM groups given WF’s balance sheet/lending focus? Would love if former or current employees could chime in regarding bonus numbers during their analyst years!

Can people specify Analyst or associate? Year? And comp for the year or just stub?

Used to be in Industrials. Was a bottom bucket and got 45k
