Wharton or CBS MBA

I have been admitted to Wharton & CBS fullt-time MBA, no money. I am non-traditional - co-founded a nyc public HS - and looking to move into edtech/start-up and also interested in exploring PE/VC. Obviously this is a big career pivot later in my career. I already make post-mba salary. Live with my gf here in NYC and we'd have to do distance (obviously a personal choice). However, all my family and many friends live in Philly area. Trying to determine if there is a big enough difference in brand/opportunity between the two schools considering I am paying for all of it to warrant a move for Wharton.
