What age did you start going gray?
was it stress from the job, genetics, or both? I've got some translucent whites growing on my head and I've got mixed feelings about it.
https://www.cnn.com/2020/01/22/health/stress-gray… ... its in mice, but we 'know' it happens to some people
19, genetics
Right there with you. Still mostly dark, but it's growing more grey every year.
On track to be a gray haired fox by 35
Have very few grays, but noticed they have multiplied over the past couple of years. Probably around 25, but I also started male pattern baldness at realistically around 18, noticeable by 22.
My head hair is fine but my beard is getting gray. I use Just for Men beard wash and it works really, really well. Knocks off 5 years tbh. It's crazy easy to use, too--just wash it in like a shampoo and wait in the shower for 2 minutes. Wash it out. Boom. In 3-4 days you'll have your youth back.
Read this as “what age did you start going gay?” lmao
So... what's your answer Lloyd?
ask your dad ;P
Stress won't cause grey hair. Only genetics. For me, I started getting a few at 22. I'm 27 now and have more, but they aren't too noticeable.
This is where I'm at. I don't mind it because it might make me appear slightly older than I am. It's all about the credibility if you work with a lot of people 1-3 decades older.

Genetics affect our reaction to stress so.
My hair is dark brown and copper (more noticeable on my facial hair), so it hides the grey well. Just a few hairs here and there, started at 21ish.
Stress doesn't speed up the process (to someone above)? I have to look more into that. Interesting.
first strand of gray at 30, at 35 couple gray hairs in beard and maybe 2-dozen(that i can see) in hair
Late 20s I started getting a few straggler gray/whites. Mid thirties now I have many more, especially in the facial hair. But as said above, it helps me look older, but not too old, when dealing with much older clientele. The grays make me look 5-7 years older than I am and when I shave I look 5-7 years younger than I am.
I am told men look good with grays/whites; they look distinguished, etc. They age better. Women with gray hair look horrible and old.
37 - no gray on head yet
1 gray hair on my chin that came in 15 years ago, largely unnoticeable
I got the first few on my head in my mid-thirties. My beard was heavily gray around the chin at 40.
My beard goes pretty red/grey if I grow it out.
