What are some things that I should be prepared to discuss in an interview with a real estate development company?

I recently graduated from college, and I have an interview coming up with some high-ups in a real estate development company. They are fairly large and diversified. I'm not interviewing for a specific position, but they want to get to know me, and depending on how things go I may end up working for them.

I already have a pretty solid grasp of the technical side of things, and I know how to build models in excel. I feel confident that I can answer technical questions pretty well (how would you value a property with this cash flow? What do cap rates represent? What return metrics should you look for? What is DSCR? How do you calculate percentage rent? Etc.)

But what are some other things, besides the technical side of it, that I should be prepared to be asked and to discuss?

Thanks for any help!

They'll probably want to know why you want to work in real estate, and why you want to work with a specific product type (if they specialize in a few areas). Look through their portfolio and see if any of their projects catch your attention. If you able to, drive the properties before your interview so that you can at least have some first hand knowledge of their end product.
