What are the chances of getting into an M7?

Happy new year everyone! I hope you can share your insights and recommendations when applying to Bschool.

I'm currently trying to break into IB and apparently my best shot is to get a Master's in Finance or an MBA. I'm 24 y/o and working in healthcare (pathology). After lurking on WSO for quite a while and reading on the internet I realized that my best shot is to take any of the paths mentioned above. I hold a BSc, 3.5 GPA without any connections in the industry, I took 2 courses on excel and 1 in financial modeling. I haven't taken the GMAT yet but most likely can score over 700. What are my chances of getting into an M7? if not are T15 schools doable?

I would gladly appreciate any help! Thanks!
