What are your opinions on lingerie ??
I've always thought of it as wrapping paper... the naked person is what counts right? What about it do you find so appealing?
Do you have certain preferences in lingerie? Are there colors, fabrics or cuts that you find most sexy? Do you care if a women has matching bra and undies? What are your personal preferences on lingerie? Strappy or lacey??
What are your opinions?
Depends on time, place and circumstance.
wearing or observing ?
It is sexy
Idk, it's the difference between having a Mai Tai in a water cup, or in a Tiki mug with ananas leaves and a little parasol on top. It simply adds to the experience.
That being said, I absolutely love hold-ups, especially in combination with lace for the breasts and arms, or a (possibly transparent) negligee. Even tights and pantyhoses can be super hot if worn with a skirt (business dress) or a nice shirt. Bonus effect, the girl can even wear hold-ups (and nothing else) under a long dress for some classy and sneaky evening fun. The possibilities are endless, my friend.
Meinst du pineapple? Tal ves Argentino? Latino America: ciudad costal.
Brudi, was meinst du mit Ananas?
Damn those Hawaiian chicks and their “swim wear” take the cake tho 😍
Oh yeah, those hip swings can make a man lose his sleep alright. However, in my experience darker-skinned girls just don't look that great in lingerie.
I’m inclined to agree with you, but I think it depends on the woman. Some women have a way of presenting it to you that’s incredibly sexy. But if they are just wearing it without any emphasis (vocal, physical) then it just becomes gift wrap
Broadly, I don’t think it’s appropriate in the workplace unless you are a secretary or typist. Can have it’s place in interview settings.
Such an underrated comment.
Lingerie is so underrated and it needs to be celebrated on a nightly basis.
And the perfect combo is what I call the “grand slam of lingerie”: straps, stockings, heels, and thong combo.
I fashion myself a pretty big fan of wearing nice lingerie actually. I honestly don't talk about it a ton with other women but I love wearing nice matching sets and beautiful underwear.
As I look over to my drawers, I realize I've actually amassed quite the collection! It definitely feels just...really, really good (?)...to wear. I don't know if it's confidence or comfort I get from it, but I really do feel physically better in well-fitted and high quality lingerie. I don't know maybe I take this too seriously, or maybe other women do this too. IDK.
Ladies of WSO, do you care a lot about lingerie? I honestly have no idea if any other women care about it much since I don't think the women I work with do at all. Only person who I can think of off the top of my head who really likes nice lingerie is my younger sister.
Men of WSO, you have any questions on lingerie for me?
favorite brands? reasonable vs expensive pricing? things to avoid when buying for your partner?
For daily wear: Calvin Klein and Skims are my go to. I've always worn Calvin Klein and I like Skims for sizing actually. Skims stretches up to twice the fabric size, and since I'm both quite tall and pretty skinny, I usually have to go down a size or two to get things to stay on properly, and the stretch actually helps when things aren't so proportional.
For "getting frisky" in high quality style: Nothing, and I mean nothing, beats good La Perla. I didn't believe in it until I tried it. Now, I wouldn't go out and just buy from them; They are expensive and not everything is great from them, their bras namely are a bit lacking. However, when wearing the one playsuit I have from them, I don't know why, but I just feel outstanding!
I'm going to assume you know your partner's body well; try to find something that compliments her and that ultimately makes her feel really good. Good fabric (I personally like silky things a lot) and good fit are my two most important criteria. If she thinks highlighting her breasts would be good, consider buying a bra for her. If there's something she doesn't like showing off as much, consider something that might also compliment that and make her feel more confident.
As for what to avoid, anything that's expensive and doesn't fit well is usually a non-starter for me. So I'd avoid that $50 VS bra that the ladies there will try to quickly sell you if your partner has not told that it's something she really wants.
I'm not really a fan of lingerie. It reminds me of a brothel, which grosses me out. OTOH, regular skimpy underwear (on girls...) is amazing. Maybe the greatest thing ever.
