Our company is now focusing on sustaining and improving energy use over time, and this requires continuous monitoring, analysis, and reporting of building performance. What are your ways for gathering and reporting energy data that would result in cost saving opportunities as well as improve performance?
harshbask in what context are you asking? Is it for a manufacturing plant that consumes lots of electricity? Is this for an office building?
I don't know any specifics but I would start by looking at what services you have that use energy (i.e. electricity) and see if you can view and analyze the data provided by your energy provider. Plotting this and looking at peak usage while combing with shift management would help you draw better conclusions.
