What banks in London have a culture of easier hours?
I'm looking for info on what banks in London do not have a culture of 100h weeks and weekend work. I don't care if my bonus and salary aren't the very best in the industry as I'm still making way more than the average person, I just value my free time, health and sanity more than getting a slightly more inflated bank account.
I know that M&A is the worst, I'm looking more for debt roles (structured finance, lev fin, DCM, project/infra finance, real estate finance) as that's my background.
Can anyone tell me what banks have a culture of not working you to the bone? I've heard that European banks are generally more relaxed than American ones, even heard from an MD who went from Goldman to a French bank so that he did it so he could spend more time with his family.
