Hi all, joining a new investment bank that does a lot of public equity offering deals soon. So far at my current bank I’ve only worked on M&A and private placement transactions. I’m wondering what kind of work analysts do on public equity offering deals, because from what I understand execution is performed by S&T teams for these? Seems like what I’ll be working on will be quite a bit.different on these deals compared to M&A/PPs
