What do bb investment banks and the big 3 consulting firms do when a hire doesn't get an H-1B?
As an international who's interested in going into investment banking or management consulting, I was wondering what happens if a hire doesn't get an H-1B. Do they "park" them in foreign offices before transferring them like in technology companies?
