What do summer analyst actually do?
I imagine SA aren’t trusted to have too much real responsibility, but I can’t imagine that all they do “arrange powerpoints.” So what do they actually do on a day to day basis?

Mess things up
honestly you do analytics on the stuff the real team doesn’t have much time for. It’s still quality and quantitative work, but less liable work.
then again I was a SA in 2005
interns at my BB (and most others I think) aren't allowed to be staffed on any deals for this summer yea its unfortunate but what can you do
