What do y’all know about BP’s Shipping and Trading team?
Recently, I’ve been looking into BP’s shipping and trading team. Does anyone know anything about their trading teams rep? Are they a good firm to start at? I had a friend say they have a great trading program, but I wanted to seek a second opinion or two.

Great group but there are fewer and fewer seats as time goes by so you have to weigh the idea of a great group within a shrinking industry.
Any idea what I need to focus on in terms of interview questions for a place like that?
mainly fit and behavioral. Pretty easy in my opinion.
