What do you wear to the office?
Hey all. Currently an intern at a small AM firm. I wear golf pants, golf polo, with allbirds or dress casual sneakers every day. My boss (President/Founder) wears jeans with a polo or golf pants with a polo. Is this normal? I feel like it could be more normal at small shops vs bigger commercial spots like MS Wealth Management/GS Wealth Management. (Also, i'm asking about when you guys used to go into the office since most of you are probably WFH.
What do you guys think?
Look up to your Associate, VP, or MD. What do they wear?
Pretty sure that they at the very least do a business casual - ironed shirt and pants, with a blazer, a belt, professional watch, and business shoes should be okay.
In case there is a meeting with a client that you are have been asked to attend, add a tie.
