What happens if you miss your conditional job offer from an internship?

I'm interning in London at a BB in S&T this summer having interned at another BB in S&T last summer, and I'm about to graduate from a target school in a STEM subject. However, I'm worried that if I miss the condition (2.1 degree) that the bank specifies in their contract should I convert the internship. I have had extenuating circumstances throughout my degree but not sure if the bank will look at that. I also have a contact joining as an Analyst from the same degree as me in the first team I'm rotating in -- not sure if that will help.

What do you guys recommend if anything? I know that there's a solid chance that the bank will rescind my offer.
