I have a commercial strategy interview coming up for a F50 company and I wanted to get some more details so that I can show up prepared. Like the title says, in your viewpoint, what is commercial strategy (is it the same as corporate strategy?), how does this role fit in a company, and how can I prepare for an interview?
a little more background on the role:
- The role will be exposed to the sales team
- Advise on product pricing and margin initiatives
- Perform post-deal profitability reviews
Thanks for all the help in advance guys!
