What is my next move within PWM?

Hey all,

Trying to determine my next move. Spent the last 2.5 years (right out of undergrad) at a family wealth management office. Not much room for growth so looking at other opps within private wealth management/banking. Any specific programs or companies I should look at or should i Just apply to GS, MS, JPM, etc. private wealth management analyst positions? I want something with some sales orientation and client facing potential, but not the hire you and tell you to bring in $5M in assets the first year or your fired deals. Any thoughts?

I work for a small office that does wealth management as well. Same age as you, but I started my career in a different job/field. Curious as to why you are taking the CFA? Not saying it is a bad idea, just wondering where you're looking to be/thought process. I am currently working on the CFP, but I am more interested in the CFA..
