They haven't done right by their employees for a very long time and never really bounced back in the US from their scandals or whatever you would call them.

Most people here are just repeating what they see written, so it's an echo chamber of falsehoods that originated from 18 - 22 year olds. DB is better than RBC

Here comes the MS

 

The RBC thing is so weird here...just checked tables and looks like DB is #7 in fees YTD. RBC is nowhere to be found after having some success last year or the year before. 

 

Prospects are prestige-whores and undergrads worshipping finmeme words as gospel. They just don't have the same foot-hold as other euro banks in the US yet. They have solid or even great groups in some products and industries. Their senior management has had some blunders, but from what I have seen is that after a couple years you can really exit/lateral to any other bank if you don't like it. 

 

It's not "yet" that time has passed. They were one of the largest banks in the world, if not the largest by assets in 2008.
