I have done stock market overview before but for a project I want to do a forex market overview. What would be the best approach for this ? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

a) you could build a general history of forex

b) you could talk about current markets and the breadth of forex

c) you could talk about trading styles like fundamentals versus technicals

d) you could talk about the importance of forex markets and some economics

Thank you! I know for stock market overview you usually talk about where the indexes are and what’s going on around the world. What is a similar way for forex?

Countries are winners and losers. Some countries are doing well and getting strong GDP - others are in war and strife. Some have hyperinflation like Zimbabwe did.

The fundamentals are easy to discuss in hindsight, but sometimes difficult to trade on because of timing.

You could focus on certain countries and discuss why various factors strengthened or weakened their currency, what happened, and how much the market devalued it.

These advices are actually good. I have a friend who is experienced in forex trading, and he told me to use all the information I can find about forex online. There is a lot of YouTube videos, books, tutorials, etc. I did as he told me, and the last advice he gave me was to be patient. That advice was the best one he could give to me. When you start forex trading, you tend to rush into everything, and that is bad. Now I am a bit better, I am making profit with the help of forexkings.com. It is a tool that sends you advice on what to invest to, and most of the time they are right.
