What is the EMEA off-cycle recruiting process like?
I'm currently an undergraduate at an American school. I am networking to try to get an off cycle EMEA internship program. Is the process the same as with summer analyst roles in terms of interview rounds and superdays?
bump
In my experience, there was no difference (US BB)
bump
and how about the deadlines?
Varies by firm. Usually apply 4-6 months before the start date
Pan Euro is correct. Some open their positions for all off-cylces for the whole period when they start with SA/FT recruiting.
Be sure to check early!
Great choice to pursue an off-cycle. I found the experience extremely beneficial!
Would you say they are more or less competitive than summer?
Yes
Do u know if many BBs offer off cycles? It's like 50%? I assume that all of the top like GS MS JPM BAML yep?
All BBs do and quite a few EBs too. Some call them off-cycles some call them winter/autumn/spring internships.
