Diversity Program Interview Questions

I'm a target school student and in just a few days, I'll have my superday for a sophomore diversity summer internship at a BB. I've been drilling myself on questions from the M&I 400 interview questions guide, but I want to make sure that I come in as prepared as possible. Does anyone have any experience with these, and can anyone tell me what type of questions they came across in their interviews? Are these interviews usually pretty technical, or will they be more "fit" and "personality" based? Any contributions to the discussion are welcomed.

Be able to speak intelligently (no rambling) to your experience on your resume / be prepared to be grilled on any finance bullets. Speak out loud a lot of your answers.

In reality, most interviews at BBs are 70% fit and 30% or less technical.

Interviewed with a few BBs sophomore year.

Really hard to say because they really can ask so many different types of questions. Here's an idea from the top of my head.

resume walk through Why ib why x firm walk through dcf, statements, etc. when/why does a firm use an investment banking service Why should we hire you? Why'd you pick your school? Strengths/weaknesses Speak intelligently on a few deals you've been following. Note: Cool to have the obvious Amazon/Whole foods but don't be afraid to seek out deals not as common since it shows 1. You didn't just google and 2. More interested in the industry than those doing the bare minimum. Be prepared/have an idea for multi-faceted fit questions. This is especially true at GS where they tend to ask really detailed fit questions to see how you think and also how you fit within their firm/teamwork.

Essentially you want to come across as someone who is resourceful, has a good attitude, team player, and is prepared for the unexpected.
