"What is the worst part of your job" interview question

Proposed Answer: The pay is atrocious, there is virtually no promotion potential, and the work is not challenging enough.

Is this a good answer? If I was to give one answer, which one is best.

Terrible answers, which makes me assume you are trolling. You're including several of the all time worst answers. These answers make you seem like you're the problem.

Some better potential answers:

my learning curve has plateaued, so I'm ready for bigger challenges.

the regulatory environment has constrained ____, but this is the world we live in.

It's in ___ town. I have a bigger connection to the town this job is located in. (assuming you're applying in another city)

I prefer small company environments. (assuming you work in a large company)

I wish it was more entrepreneurial/structured (depending on your preference)

I would like it to be more client facing/analytical (depending on your preference)

You get the idea.

Your first response might be a good answer.

I would think that my answers are much better than saying something to the effect of, "my boss is a moron." If I was trolling that is the answer I would chose.

That's because I wasn't trolling. What if I said I just want to work at a larger company.

i honestly think that the first answer is real awesome "my learning curve has plateaued, so I'm ready for bigger challenges" But if i was a tough interviewee, i would push back and ask why didnt you do something to change it within your job, for example, seek to increase your job portfolio or really excel and get promoted and increase job scope etc etc. What do you guys think about this?
