What is this response getting at?
So I got an e-mail from HR at D.E. Shaw and although it said that all spaces are full for summer interns for the 2007 internship program, they said it is clear that you are someone that has a lot to offer and we strongly encourage you to reapply to D.E. Shaw when you are ready for full-time employment.
Is that the standard response, or was it hinting that perhaps I have the credentials but simply my timing was a bit too late?
