If it's an older guy, it means he's been around the block a few times and he knows his shit and you should listen to whatever he says.

If it's a younger guy, it means he has very high aspirations in life, but isn't there yet. He hasn't yet realized the bow tie alone won't get him there.

Where the bow tie. However it looks better and demands respect when you look like you tied it yourself. Therefore look for freestyle or self-tied bow ties.

No no no... you have it all wrong. I'd recommend a lime green suit with an electric piano tie. Make sure you wear bright pink shoes and top hat. Also, a neon-colored cane would look nice (shows you are mature and have class). Some faux gold teeth usually show that you go the extra mile. If you want to appear that you have excellent social/interpersonal skills, maybe bring a few women along (one for each arm usually will cut it) in sleazy outfits (to make the MD horny if nothing else)
