What M&A experience or skills do Sponsor bankers develop?
Specifically related to Sponsor-to-Sponsor deals or M&A add-on deals a Sponsor might do. As a banker, are you given enough exposure to the M&A process to develop enough expertise to move to a traditional M&A product group later on?
