What made you choose EB over MM?
I am in the process with 2 MMs that I actually like. I have been reading that everyone is trying so hard to get into EBs. I want to make sure I’m not missing anything. Is it money? Experience? Exit opps?

Exit oops is the main one. Chances are you actually learn more in a MM bank working on smaller deals than signing off on whatever a blue-chip EB client wants; however, you won’t get a fraction of the looks from top buy-side firms. If that’s not a priority for you than I wouldn’t worry about it that much.
So basically if I dont want to do PE after it shouldn’t matter? What about pay?
