Running & Cycling. Just being outside in general. Its been a rough few weeks on me. I go out of a relationship but this generally keeps me happy.
The Baltimore Ravens playing football in the fall
This guy gets it. These games have been fucking wild and I love every second of it
Spending quality time with friends, got to love that feeling after a really good weekend together
Shallow I know but I seem to be happy driving sports cars on a open road, with trees and birds chirping.
Traveling, learning and beautiful women.
The above comments ring true: hobbies, quality relationships, sunshine, all make us very happy. But honestly, what has made me the most happy during tough or murky times especially is my committment to good habits, and my detachment to outcome. I can control my attitude, my effort, my persistence, but I can't guarantee getting that PJT RSSG gig, or that promotion, or if the interviewer will like me for me. But I rest easy at night knowing I tried by best and tried things my way, which is all you can ask for ultimately.
Also I'm a big fan of titfucks so that's cool too lol
Why do you dig it? Titfuck? I have nothing against the act, but I will probably burst out laughing at some point.
You gay or some shit who doesn't like breasts
Poetry, and a glass of scotch. And, of course, my friend Baxter here.
That's how I roll.
Girls > everything
I hear you bro!
Naps, working out, being in nature, ice cream/pizza, friends/family/gf, MDMA

Cooking, classical Music, scotch, coffee, a well told story, actually waking up refreshed

Checking up on Mom back home, she’s a 2x cancer survivor and tough as fuck and knows how to make me laugh.
respect
Yeah I visit with my mom 5x per week to help take care of her (she has dementia). Hanging out with her is the highlight of my day. She recognizes me as someone special. I’ve always been the favorite. Recently though, she got the booster shot last week and it has given her severe fatigue. She’s out of it. I’m worried - I see her tomorrow. She usually has such a good spirit. It’s hard for me to see her suffer or struggle. I don’t know what I would do without her in this world - I love her so much. She is my light and I am hers.
God bless you man. I'm sorry to hear that she's struggling, I'll keep her in my prayers. Keep the faith!

Making money and auditing classes.
I’m old and don’t go out these days.
Nothing tbh, but I figured if I'm gonna live a bleak life I might as well live one with prestige and wealth, hence IB
Golfing with the boys
The reality that every action I take, I own it. Someone may be cursing at me. I could retaliate, or respond in a civil yet firm manner. If my friends are more successful than I am professionally, I can choose to be jealous or work on being truly happy for them. If someone I’m close to in my life passes on, I could shut out the world while mourning or try to find a way to cherish the memories. The choice is always mine - and yours, too - and for me, it makes me happy to know that happiness is a choice and generally within reach even when it’s tough. It gives me the freedom to think about how I can help make this place a little better for the next guy.
The stoicism is strong with this one.
Good for you bro, when I practice the mentality you have all aspects of my life are better. Sometimes I forget that all of my emotions are in my control, I have to be more disciplined about it.
Caving someone's face in at an underground boxing competition is what keeps me going
family, girlfriend, puppy, friends, food, tequila.
Bonus day. That’s how fucking sad my life is.
Such a fleeting feeling though, I remember last year being happy for a few hours and then just thinking it meant it’s another 365 days until the next time
Quality time with friends. Always nice hearing about their different talents and pursuits. A lot of my friends are artists and musicians so it's great to always have performances to attend. Also nice to talk about non-finance topics. Also love a good museum. I grew up near the Smithsonian and always made a point to go. I could walk around the natural history museum for hours. Music, too. I've found some great new (to me) artists lately and it's been nice to have fresh playlists. Used to be video games made me happy, too, but I might have exhausted myself on it for now.
Going out of my way to help someone else. I am a greedy altruist according to Charles Dawkins.

travel
this country (USA)
Spending time with my family, traveling, and outdoor activities. Grew up in the country and nothing makes me happier then spending a day fishing, hiking or racing down a back road.
The anticipation of eventually dying
