My school, a non-target, would routinely get OCR from Target and Enterprise Rent-a-Car for their management training programs.

On a side note, my buddy who got started his career as Executive Team Lead at Target started at $55k Base Salary, which was about the same as Big 4 Audit at the time. Now, 3 years out of school, he's been promoted a ton of times through schmoozing with higher ups and is making close to $80k.
Money Never Sleeps? More like Money Never SUCKS amirite?!?!?!?
95% of college students don't know or care why a school is a target. Point being, who gives a fuck?
But we do, and going to a non-target sucks, I saw a Target app like that on my OCR and ATT as well. The only position banks recruit at my school are for BO

Yes, and that 95% are the people who get married right after 22, have crappy jobs, get fat, and long for their glory years of college when they played beer pong every night.

College pedigree matters A LOT.
Who cares? Majority of people are satisfied with making $50k a year starting out and progressing slowly. NO shame in it, imo. Anyone who has a job and takes care of their responsibilities has my respect.
Pretty sure Entreprise has been named more than once of the top places to start your career for a new graduate. They pay well and give a lof responsibility to young managers. It may not be banking or some magical high profile finance gig. I am sure some of those dudes still end up doing very well for themselves.
Walking up and down Wall Street pestering random people
Linkedin invites to EVERYONE
cold calls
more cold calls
networking events
pestering 'connected' professors
yet more phone calls
employment agencies
going to the bars and buying drinks for bankers
networking
more networking
networking with people not even in finance
making friends with the dudes in the mailrooms of BBs to get inside the building and meet people
WSO, WSO, WSO, WSO
more WSO
meeting people from WSO
meeting their friends
applying to every freaking job on the websites
culminating in: starting in the back office and slashing and burning to the front office, getting 'prestigious' credentials in night school, jumping to another firm, and going to a decent MBA program.
In my next life, I'm going to an ivy undergrad......my kids sure as hell will.
