What percent of first round people go to the superday?

I have made it to a couple superdays in the past, and I knew conversion rates prior to both. Summer analyst one was ~60% with a large bank, and the FT was a regional MM taking 2 people of 11.

Edit: I misread the question, but I only know the regional mm as they 'bragged' to us being the 11 of 50 first round calls and 500 applications or something.

Yeah I was asking what percent of 1st round people make it to the superday? I've been to a few BB superdays myself but haven't converted yet. I think the SA offer at the superday is typically 20-30%.

Varies between banks and even groups.

For OCR, the typical rate i've seen is that they cut between 50% - 75% after the first round and a further 75% on Superday
