What percentage of Wall Street interns had a connection?

I define "connection" as an acquaintance working at the bank who has some power, either directly or indirectly, to influence hiring decisions. This could be as tenuous as an alumni/recruiter who you messaged on Linkedin, or as strong as your dad being an MD at the bank. I intended this question to be open to all areas of finance- IB, S&T, ER, CF, etc.

In my estimation, I would say somewhere around 75% of people made a connection that helped land their internship. Myself included. What do you think?
