What should I expect for an Investment Sales/Equity Sales interview at Eastdil?

What should I expect for an Investment Sales/Equity Sales interview at Eastdil?

That being said: is it more fit/behavior or more technical based? If so what technicals should I except to see. Previously had an IBD internship at a small shop; therefore, do the same technicals still apply?

Hopefully that makes sense,
Cheers,

Roughly 50% Technical 50% Behavioral. When I interviewed with them, many of their technical questions were similar to the questions that would be asked in a Wells Fargo CRE interview (may still apply). I reccomend you look at Wells Fargo CRE technical questions in glassdoor. I suggest you learn the fundamental metrics of CRE and of course know why you want to work for Eastdil.
