What should I put as my major on resume?

Sophomore who hasnt declared my major yet. I've taken classes in STEM, History, a couple in Econ and Philosophy, and I still don't know what I want to major in. Should I just put an Econ major on my resume? Or should I put undeclared, even though I will probs do something with Econ down the road but am not 100% positive.

Also, I've heard this from some friends but is a true that econ majors get asked harder questions during an interview than other majors in say history or art? Just curious because that just seems unfair but I could also believe it being a thing...
