What the hell is "other guaranteed comp" on B-School employment reports?
Take these stats for example: http://www.hbs.edu/recruiting/mba/data-and-statistics/employment-statistics.html
For PE, 25% of grads reported a median of $121K "other guaranteed comp". Now check out the footnote below the table:
"**Other guaranteed compensation includes only those offer components that are guaranteed; it does not include performance bonus, reimbursements, profit sharing, 401k match, stock and/or stock options, etc."
If it's NOT a performance bonus, it's not tuition/relocation reimbursements, it's not options, and it's not carry ("profit sharing")...then what the hell is it?

possibly housing allowance (big thing in Asia) or possibly a different way of categorizing stock-based compensation (I know, this is a separate category as noted in OP, but maybe they categorize it as "other" anyway).
Loan repayment?
Loan Repayments: Is this common for some MBA graduates? If so, which industries, and how common is it?
Thanks!!
