Assuming it's generally the last part of the interview process?
Anything one should generally be prepped for? Are technical questions usually thrown out by more senior guys generally? Any input would be greatly appreciated

Are you applying for analyst/associate type roles? Makes a big difference what level you are interviewing at this stage. Regardless, keep this in mind, you would not be interviewing with such people unless their juniors (the ones entrusted to interview people no less) have more or less signed off on you as a top prospect worthy of their time.
Frankly, some may attempt to put you in a pressure situation, some may just want to keep it to "get to know you" stuff, some will want to assess "culture and fit", and some may want to drill you on technicals or even ask you "worldly" type questions (like implications of Biden's election on RE investments, that sort of stuff). A lot is just a matter of personal style quite often (and I somewhat suspect a function of what they were asked/how they were treated when interviewed for a similar role way back when).
Best advice is to study the background of the people (assuming you know identity ahead of time), may help (like if was a lawyer first career, etc.).

Generally, if one gets to this stage...should you not expect a modeling exam if you haven't by now yet? Obviously, it depends on every shop but generally, I'd assume not right?
