* Work with ateam in a fast-paced trading floor environment
* Research and evaluate multiple asset classes, mostly immediately credit assets including Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities and corporate credits to asses their risk and value
o Projects to include helping refine and update econometric models for projecting commercial real estate cash flows
o Researching recovery value and cash flow potential for special situation properties within structured asset pools
o Analyzing terms of corporate credit indentures and building credit and operating models
* Obtain, analyze and pull key data to create spreadsheets with key metrics as requested
