What would be the best path for me?

I've really been considering trying to pursue a high end finance job for a few months now, I've always had an interest in the markets, trading and what not. Ever since I can remember I'd always enjoyed listening to the Business Network when my dad had it on even when I was very young, and also enjoyed listening and discussing investment with him. It is definitely something I have an interest in and is obviously a solid career option financially speaking.

I'm currently in Comp Sci at a non target school and am not doing all that great (1st year). What would be the best approach for me in trying to pursue a job on The Street? Sorry if this has been asked before or comes off as a "nooby" type question.

Thanks!!
