My plan is to do an MBA at the University of Michigan, but I'm not sure which one would be more beneficial for me. I'm leaning more towards the weekend since I could work full time to save money and take classes at the same time. Which would you recommend for me?
So I work as an accountant/auditor at a small firm in Michigan. My goal is to use my background in accounting along with the management background I would have gained through the MBA to transition into aposition (such as a senior financial analyst) at a F500 company. What's the difference between the weekend and the full time MBA, and which would be more aligned with my goals? Does a weekend MBA student still get the same job prospects as a full time student upon graduation?
