When do analysts typically leave for the big PE funds
An alumni from my school that helped me get my SA offer this year is leaving his bank for a large pe fund this summer. I was wondering if any of you know roughly what month these analysts leave their Ibanking job so that I can congratulate this person and thank them again?

Really depends on the bank/pe fund. I would say most of the ibd programs end in July and mos pe programs start in August.
