Idk why people have had a bad experience with Jefferies Houston. I went through HOU recruiting this past recruiting cycle and seemed to have enjoyed my time interacting with those from Jefferies Houston. I think the culture might have been bad once upon a time, but seems to have improved quite a bit. Just my personal opinion though, would be happy to hear about others' experiences.
