What do you like doing? Want to be close to restaurants/bars or a quieter area? Do you want a newer apt? Nicer amenities? 2bdr? Close to the office? Budget?

I would personally choose west village/Greenwich village/soho area. I enjoy the restaurants, the convenience to many areas in the city, and a fun area.
I'd like to be in a lively part of town with a good restaurant scene and good bars close by. I don't mind a work commute.
